If you wish to complain about your GP Practice, an NHS dental surgery, an NHS opticians practice or a community pharmacy, please contact them directly.

How to Complain

Complaints should be brought to the attention of staff directly involved, or their manager, to be dealt with as they arise (this is stage 1 of the complaints process).

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of this resolution, or if you do not wish to pursue this option, please contact us using the information below to submit a stage 2 complaint:
